Outlet Shopping, Ho, Ho, Go! Part 6

Hunting for the parking spot was the biggest bargain of the day!  I could see we weren’t the only ones thinking last minute.  To get ready for the shopping jaunt, an hour by the hot tub got us primed.  Many of your favorites are probably there, along with some of mine.  Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, and the Liz Outlet and many more.   One I missed, but wished was there, was a Chico’s outlet.  One man was weighed down like a pack mule and never made it to the car, he left the packages with his wife and headed off to find the car and bring it back.  Don’t miss stopping at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.  I had hoped to find a Harry & David, but their chocolate hit the spot.

On the way back to South Padre Island, we stopped for a great “early bird” dinner at a wonderful Italian Restaurant called Marcello’s.  It is great to find a really nice restaurant open on Christmas Eve.  Tomorrow, there’s no cooking!  I called in our reservations for Amberjack’s for 2:15 and want to get our on-line check-in for Southwest by 2pm.   Amberjack’s is offering a varied menu, which is working well for our group, some are on a major diet and would not want a smorgesboard…. Just so we can finish off with key lime pie!

May Santa be good to you and yours…. I want to wake up to surf and palm trees.  I’ve already peeked and know that’s under the tree for me!
