I've been going to Costa Rica since 1992 (use to go twice a year from 92-98) for business; now just for pleasure. The volcanoes are a must; especially Paos and Arenal (with the hot springs where you can sit in the hot springs with your favorite beverage and watch the night-time lava flow).
